Soft washing and the process to cleaning exterior surfaces
Most customers don’t understand the cleaning process of how soft washing render surfaces actually works. To safely clean k-rend and delicate surfaces without the need to repaint. Utilising the technic of low pressure cleaning with a specially formulated mixer of blended chemicals and soaps for each specific job to be cleaned. The mixture of cleaning chemicals is mixed through our soft wash machines, different jobs will have different strengths of chemicals depends on what surfaces need to be cleaned. We then apply either by brush of low pressure spraying method to the surface of the exterior walls without causing damage to the surface to remove mould and mildew. Most surfaces can be cleaned with just soft washing if the surface requires extra low pressure, but with the use of steam, which will gently remove mould, mildew, red staining, green and black algae. Render Sealing Cornwall/Devon
With all modern rendering systems on the domestic and commercial properties, the product appears as a hard wearing material and sold as a maintenance free product, which is not the case.
Over time water ingress and algae will contaminate the porous render surface, which in turn you will start seeing red, black stain and green algae. With our soft wash cleaning solution we will totally clean your exterior walls. Once the exterior surfaces are cleaned we can apply a clear render sealing solution to your k-rend at a additional cost. No rain water will be able to penetrate the walls.
